Jean Marc Puel

Jean-Marc Puel is a senior advisor of Osiris Partners, a private equity firm based in Paris and London.
Prior to joining Osiris, he was Vice-President Mergers & Acquisitions at EADS where he conducted several corporate restructurings of EADS subsidiaries between 2004 and 2007. Previously as Vice-President North Asia for EADS, Jean-Marc was in charge of developing the business activities and the presence of the EADS and Lagardère groups in the North Asia region between 1999 and 2003.
Before joining EADS, Jean-Marc was the co-founder of a strategic advisory firm where he advised European and US companies on their investments in China from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, he was business development associate at GE Capital in Stamford -Connecticut (USA),negotiating acquisitions of consumer finance companies.
He started his professional career as an associate conducting merger and acquisition transactions and private equity investments in European companies for Credit Lyonnais Investissement in Paris.
Jean-Marc is the author of several articles and essays on China. He speaks French, English, German and Mandarin and holds an MBA from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management - Northwestern University (USA).
